1. Returns
You can return your items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Items must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Items must have the original tags still attached.
- Items should not be damaged, altered, or stained in any way.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable for health and hygiene reasons. These include:
- Underwear and intimates
- Swimwear
- Damaged or worn items
3. How to Return Your Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your return is approved, we will send you a return label and instructions on how to return the item.
Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
4. Refund Process
Once your returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed BACK TO ORIGINIAL FORM OF PAYMENT. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account.
5. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. We recommend contacting us before making an exchange to ensure availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at askayoboutique@gmail.com or 1-800-426-0861. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you still have not received your refund after 14 days, please contact us at askayoboutique@gmail.com
